Quick update on Kiko's mom...she is home from the hospital and is recuperating nicely. We saw her this weekend and she looked like she was still sore, but all in all very blessed to still be with us! We thank God for that every day!
As for our little munchkins, I can't believe that in less than two weeks they will be a YEAR OLD!!! It's just going too fast already! We're in the process of planning their birthday bash so stay tuned for pictures from that! We don't really have any good pictures from Christmas because we were pretty low key this year. In fact, we didn't even put up a tree!! This was primarily for safety reasons because Kayla is crawling and pulling up on everything...just one less thing to worry about. I figured since they didn't really know what was going on anyway, we'd save up our energies for next year!

SMART to forego the tree this year. Wish I'd been as smart with the first kiddo; we had to contend with a puller-upper *and* a determined cat. It wasn't a boring Christmas!! :) Glad to hear that y'all got to enjoy a "low-key" one. Praying for a wonderful, *together* 2010 for you guys!
